Optical constants of thin film In2O3-SnO2 (ITO, Indium tin oxide), thickness d = 17 nm, purchased from Optics Balzers, ITO on D263M glass. Surface roughness (1 sigma) = 0.4 nm. Variable angle spectroscopic ellipsometry data + normal-incidence transmittance data fitted over the 400 to 900 nm range.
