17 nm ITO film on D263M glass substrate. Purchased from Optics Balzers. Surface roughness (1 sigma) = 0.4 nm. Variable angle spectroscopic ellipsometry data + normal-incidence transmittance data fitted over the 400 to 900 nm range.
